There are 2 rooms, both have double built in cupboards, one room has a balcony. Comfortably fits a Queen size bed. City views, Security screens and fans in both. Great natural breezes.
The townhouse has an undercover BBQ area and courtyard perfect for entertaining. Situated directly behind a small collection of shops just off Stafford road, including an amazing little coffee shop which has become popular with the locals, a fruit shop, newsagent and gym across the road.
There is a bus stop within 5mins walking distance, and Centro Stafford shops only 3 mins drive away. Car parking readily available. The townhouse will be fully furnished, apart from your own room, so you?ll just need bedroom things.
I am a professional in my late 20's, working in the city, who likes to relax on weekends. I?m clean, reliable, respectable and easy going and believe in picking up after yourself or cleaning up if make a mess and would like the same in a flatmate.
I love socialising and having visitors around but it?s definitely not a party house.
Due to previous experiences would prefer females who are working full time.
