I am a single Dad with a 12 years old son and our german shepard dog ( tiga )
We have a single fully furnished room available ( From 01st July ) to share .
The house is a two story, your room is downstaires , it is very private and quiet .
The room is furnished with a king single bed, study table and comfortable office chair, spacious built-in wardrobe and small tv . If you have your own bed , i can remove ours.
The rent is $120 per week plus $240 refundable bond . You will have your own toilet and shower to use , we will share the kitchen, dinning area and loung area
You pay third of the electricity and water bill . But we can come to an agreement if you decide to stay with us .
The house is located in a convenient location:
- 5 mins walk to Main Street bus stop
- 5 mins walk to big local shopping centre (Woolworth, jetts, bakery, cafe, medical centre and etc..)
- 8 mins drive to chermside westfield shopping centre
- 5 mins drive to enogera train station
- 15 mins to QUT by bus
- 20 mins to city by bus
